- Dates: When making your booking, please select only the dates you require. This booking link is exclusively for Reunion attendees and covers Friday 28th to Monday 31st August. If you need accommodation outside these dates, please contact us at [email protected].
- If you do not require accommodation, please select “No Accommodation” from the room list. This option costs £1 per day and allows you to book the Saturday Formal Dinner.
- Room Types: A range of room options is available.
- Twin/Double Rooms: For twin or double rooms, please ensure you specify the correct number of occupants when booking.
- Breakfast: Is included in the room prices.
- Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, a 10% deposit is required. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment and cancellation details are available within the booking system.
- Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. This will include a request for your dietary requirements and any accessibility needs, so please ensure these are provided in good time.

Five Year Reunion
Don’t miss the opportunity to catch up and reminisce over our time at Johns at our 5 Year Reunion. The weekend is centred around the year group who began in 2018 but friends from other years, other halves, and miscellaneous others are more than welcome.
We are planning to kick things off with a quiz in the bar on Friday night. The main event will be a formal on the Saturday evening, which will be preceded by the classic cava reception. Take a trip down memory lane and sample some of those famous potatoes at college brunch. And who knows – perhaps a trip to Jimmy’s will be in order?
