Vikki Foulger

Vikki’s role focuses on supporting the people who work at the College. She works with managers to help them lead their teams well. She also helps with day-to-day employment queries, recruitment of new staff, workplace issues, and making sure HR policies are clear and fair.Her role also includes supporting training and development and promoting staff wellbeing, contributing to a positive and constructive working environment across the College.

She works closely with the Finance and Operations Director, the Finance team, and the Compliance and Operations Coordinator, and with managers across all areas of the College as they support and manage their teams.

Her particular interest is how good HR practice can help build a positive culture where staff feel engaged, supported, and valued.

She has studied at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and has worked in a range of roles with lots of different kinds of people, which has prepared her for this position. She is currently continuing her professional studies alongside work.
