Welcome to

new postgraduate students

Where study, community, and belonging come together.

Postgraduate life

Postgraduate life at St John’s is shaped by community and curiosity. Our Middle Common Room (MCR) brings together master’s students, doctoral researchers, and fourth-year undergraduates in a friendly and supportive environment that values both scholarship and wellbeing.

Whether you’re joining us for one year or several, you’ll find a place to belong. Students gather in the MCR for study, conversation, film nights, and formals, as well as academic and social events throughout the year.
