Ester Petrenko
Dr Petrenko holds a PhD in Biblical Studies from Durham University, with a special focus on Pauline literature. Her current research interests and upcoming publications explore Paul’s approaches to church leadership, covering topics such as ‘Paul on Leading Multi-ethnic and Multi-cultural Churches in a Sustainable Fashion: An Analysis of the Epistle to the Ephesians’; ‘The Body of Christ: A Metaphor for Relational Leadership in the Church’; ‘Christian Identity in a Multicultural Context: An Analysis of the Epistle to the Ephesians”, and “Visionary Leadership in the Pauline Letters”. Dr Petrenko was the Academic Director of the Latvian Biblical Centre for 14 years and is currently an Associate Professor at the Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology in Oslo. She has also supervised and examined Master’s and PhD theses for various universities.
